The
Challenge
When ICS was selected in 2015 to provide full association management services, HUPO leadership identified four key priorities for growth: membership, marketing, industry footprint, and revenue resources. The opportunity was not just to maintain day-to-day operations, but to modernize existing efforts, strengthen member engagement, and introduce new initiatives that would support long-term organizational growth.
The
Results
ICS partnered with HUPO to strengthen member engagement, expand industry involvement, and modernize communications across the organization. Through a combination of strategic planning, enhanced digital presence, and new initiatives, HUPO saw measurable improvements across membership, visibility, and community participation.
Key Outcomes:
- Strengthen global member engagement and retention
- Expand HUPO’s industry presence and partnerships
- Modernize communications and digital channels
- Create new opportunities for collaboration and growth
ICS supported HUPO through a combination of enhanced member communications, stronger digital marketing, increased industry engagement, and new revenue-generating initiatives. Existing channels such as the newsletter were refreshed and expanded, while new efforts including a more focused social media presence and the establishment of a job board helped broaden HUPO’s reach and value to members and partners.
Delivering
Long-Term Value
ICS established a strong foundation for long-term success through enhancing member engagement, expanding industry partnerships, and modernizing how HUPO connects with its global community.
